I love seeing stuff like this. I spotted this forlorn little fellow in a parking lot. Funny? To me, yes. How about you?
Since I'm obviously not on about cycling or trees or any of my usual stuff today, I think I'll take this opportunity to ask if anybody else has noticed an increase in the use of the expression "it is what it is" lately. Am I just going a little OCD, or is this common expression becoming more popular like "think outside the box" was, or "take it to the next level" or whatever? Random thought, I know. Have a super weekend, everyone.

That car is obviously recently arrived from Quebec!
"It is what it is" is a LOT better than "gravitas" which has equally fallen OUT of favour (notice how I slip an "ou" in there to suck up to our Canadian neighbours?).
Hmm, why is it velour rather than velor, even in the US? And, while we're pondering, it is titanium in the US, but NOT aluminium. And, oddly, they have tires in Canada rather than tyres. As I've been lectured in the past.
Speaking of which, does the chewing gum lose its flavour on the bedpost overnight even in Canada when it is so cold that even the water turns solid? Solid water! And not even out of the ice cube maker!
Steve - OU? I'm surprised you are willing to use it at all, though I do appreciate it. Wasn't OU marked on a certain red pickup?
I have never used Aluminium... it would seem us Canadians pick and choose.
Frozen Canadian chewing gum remains cemented to the bedpost forever.
