PS - If you're the kind of person who would use some sort of audio software to try to figure it out, you are officially lame. If, on the other hand, the answer turns out to be easy for you just by listening, I am. Either way, somebody's gonna be lame, which is important for the self esteem of everybody else. It's a lose win!

jtgyk - Sorry, no. You and drummergeek had good guesses, but what he said was completely out of context and off the wall.
I think he was sort of pointing at some people he had passed on the sidewalk, and (hint here) called one of them a "character" name.
I think I'll leave this post to collect guesses until Sunday and then reveal the whacked answer.

Testing out the lame audio software on the Beatles White Album, I clearly heard "Paul is dead, miss him, miss him." So I tried it on the Rantwick video, where it clearly decoded things. The guy said: "Paul is dead, miss him, miss him." Oddly, when applied to that motorcycle recording associated with the Kennedy assassination, out popped: "Paul is dead, miss him, miss him."
