Posted speed limits are a joke everywhere. People ignore them because no one cares enough to enforce them. And if local government dares to put speed cameras up in an attempt to enforce speed limits, the motoring lobby comes out in force to remove them. It's scandalous.
Ian - I'm in no position to judge any of those drivers (except maybe the delivery truck!); I would typically drive the same kind of speeds on that stretch myself.
