I could cry. I was back on a real roll with this blog thing. Then, poof! Time gone.
I could cry tears of joy, however, every time I watch this clip my brother sent me:
I can think of nothing better than leaving this post up while I work through all the other stuff I've got to do!

FINALLY...A policeman when you need one!
You will note, however, that the arresting officer was not a local...
Yay! Finally, one point for the good guys.
"You violated my special-painted-political-statement-space that encourages me to violate the normal rules of vehicular movement!! Waaaa!!!!
Oh, look! The law enforcement person is validating my special-painted-political-statement-space! All is well in the world!"
Hooray! It can happen!
Video==Hhmmmmmm?!
Poof is right...time flies!
Driver probably got a warning because he's driving a Prius. But if cyclist could have taken one for the team, so to speak and failed to unclip or something minor, it would have been a hit and run.
The cabbie didn't think of it as violating a bike lane. Cab drivers will take out whoever happens to be in the area when they need to make a maneuver. Road markings are just decorations.
If the cyclist had gone down, do you really think the cab driver would have gotten any more of a penalty for it? That would REALLY be unusual.
